Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly revenue targets.
Identify, connect, and convert potential clients through calls, networking, and outreach.
Build and nurture strong relationships with brokers, investors, and partner agencies.
Understand client needs and recommend suitable real estate projects.
Organize and conduct site visits, open houses, and property showcase events.
Manage the entire sales cycle - from initial contact to negotiation and closure.
Deliver excellent client service to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred).
2-6 years of sales experience (real estate experience in Noida is an advantage).
Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
Proven record of achieving/exceeding sales targets.
Must own a two-wheeler or four-wheeler.
Willing to travel across Delhi, Noida, Ghaziabad, and Gurugram for meetings and site visits.
