Job Summary
The Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving company growth. This role focuses on strategic planning, market research, and sales development to increase revenue and expand the organization's presence in the market.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities and partnerships
Research market trends, competitors, and customer needs
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
Prepare and deliver business proposals, presentations, and pitches
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to align strategies
Negotiate contracts and close business deals
Track performance metrics and report progress to senior management
Represent the company at meetings, events, and networking opportunities
Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field
5 to 7 years of experience in Sales
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Ability to analyze market data and develop strategic plans

Proficiency in CRM tools and basic data analysis
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
