Key Responsibilities
Travel for client visits across India and overseas (European market experience preferred).
Conduct meetings with corporate clients and directors.
Allocate responsibilities to Regional Sales Managers and guide the overall sales team.
Achieve assigned sales targets in coordination with the regional teams.
Negotiate with clients and finalize orders.
Identify new business opportunities and tap potential customers.
Prepare and execute sales strategies for targeted markets.
Retain existing customers while developing new business relationships.
Monitor order processing, delivery timelines, and overall project coordination.
Ensure timely and effective after-sales service support.
Prepare sales reports, budgets, and documentation for management review.
Organize sales briefings, meetings, and conferences.
Manage and motivate the sales team for productivity and performance.
Drive sales planning, forecasting, relationship management, and team building.
Handle inbound and outbound lead management.
Develop yearly and monthly sales targets and plans.
Maintain strong knowledge of competitor products and market trends.
Ensure timely collection of payments.
Provide technical coordination for layout drawing approvals and site readiness.
Prepare case studies, product comparisons, and competitive analysis.
Build and expand dealership networks across India.
Requisite Skills
Minimum Graduate
Experience in client servicing
Excellent communication & presentation skills

Strong MS Office and internet usage skills
