About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Professional with demonstrated success in selling Microsoft solutions to U.S.-based clients. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Microsoft licensing, cloud offerings, and enterprise solutions, along with the ability to build trusted relationships, generate new business, and drive revenue growth in the U.S. market.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities in the U.S. region.
Drive the entire sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation and closure.
Client Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with U.S. clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
Understand client needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
Maintain high customer satisfaction and ensure timely follow-ups.
Provide guidance on licensing, subscription models, and cloud transformations.
Stay updated on new product releases, pricing updates, and partner programs.
Collaboration & Reporting
Work closely with internal technical teams to develop proposals, demos, and solution presentations.
Prepare accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and client documentation.
Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Develop sales strategies for the U.S. market.
Run targeted campaigns and outbound initiatives.
Required Qualifications
Proven experience selling IT/software solutions to U.S. clients
Prior experience selling Microsoft products/licensing/cloud solutions
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work U.S. time zones.
Experience working with Microsoft CSP, MSP, or IT consulting companies.
