Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Generate new business opportunities and build lasting client relationships.
Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market reach and brand visibility.
Monitor team performance through regular reviews, mentoring, and motivation.
Ensure timely reporting of sales performance, forecasts, and market insights.
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Maintain accurate records in CRM and ensure compliance with company policies.
Handle client escalations and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
1-4 years of experience in sales or business development (team handling preferred).
Experience in Healthcare is mandatory
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
