Greet and assist walk-in customers in the showroom, understand their requirements, and suggest suitable commercial kitchen equipment.
Explain product features, technical specifications, and pricing clearly.
Provide demonstrations where required.
Prepare quotations, follow up with customers, and convert leads into sales.
Maintain a clean, well-organized showroom and ensure all displays are up to date.
Coordinate with the production/supply team to confirm availability and delivery timelines.
Handle basic customer queries, escalate technical issues to the service or technical team.
Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to showroom revenue growth.
Build and maintain strong relationships with repeat customers (restaurants, hotels, caterers).
Keep up to date with new product launches, competitor offerings, and market trends.
Skills Required
