Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy and Planning

:Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the company's customer base and achieve sales goals.

Goal Setting & Performance Monitoring

:Set individual and team sales targets, monitor progress, and evaluate performance to ensure goals are met.

Sales Data Analysis

:Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities, forecast sales, and inform business decisions.

Client & Customer Relationship Management

: Foster strong customer relationships and address customer complaints, often by working with sales staff.

Budget & Forecasting

:Prepare budgets and sales forecasts, and report on sales, revenue, and expenses to upper management.

Collaboration

:Work with other departments, such as marketing and product teams, to ensure successful go-to-market strategies.
Essential Skills and Qualifications

Leadership

:The ability to motivate, guide, and develop a sales team to achieve targets.

Communication

:Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey ideas clearly and build relationships with the team and clients.

Analytical Skills

:The capacity to analyze sales data, interpret trends, and use data to develop strategies and forecasts.

Customer Service

:Excellent customer service skills to understand customer needs, resolve conflicts, and build loyalty.

Sales Expertise

:Deep knowledge of the entire sales process, from lead generation to deal closing.

Technical Skills

:Proficiency with CRM software, sales analytics tools, and Microsoft Office
