Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



1.

Sales Leadership & Team Management:



Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing coaching and training to sales staff. Ensure the team is knowledgeable about the full range of products and services we offer, including motorcycles, scooters, and accessories.
2.

Customer Service & Relationship Management:



Oversee customer interactions to ensure the highest levels of satisfaction. Manage customer complaints and resolve any issues promptly and professionally. Foster long-term customer relationships, encouraging repeat business and referrals.
3.

Showroom Operations:



Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times. Manage inventory levels, ensuring that high-demand models are in stock. Oversee the setup of promotional displays and the execution of sales events.
4.

Sales Strategy & Execution:



Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales goals. Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies to meet targets. Track and report on sales metrics, market trends, and competitor activity.
5.

Marketing & Branding:



Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials, campaigns, and events. Actively engage with the local community to enhance brand awareness and drive foot traffic to the showroom.
6.

Training & Development:



Provide ongoing training to the sales team on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service best practices. Help new employees onboard and integrate into the team successfully.
7.

Financial & Budget Management:



Monitor sales budgets and ensure the department operates efficiently within financial constraints. Work with finance to offer flexible payment plans and financing options to customers.
8.

After-Sales Service:



Ensure customers are satisfied with their purchases and follow up for feedback after the sale. Promote the showroom's service packages, accessories, and extended warranties.
9.

Collaboration with Other Departments:



Coordinate with the service and finance departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction. Work closely with inventory management to ensure timely stock replenishment.

Qualifications:



Experience:

Minimum of 4-6 years in sales, with at least 2 years in a management role. Experience in automotive or two-wheeler sales is preferred.

Skills:

Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.

Knowledge:

Thorough understanding of sales processes, showroom operations, and inventory management.

Education:

High school diploma required; a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.

Other Requirements:

Must be goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
