We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive and manage sales operations across Rajasthan for a company that is a prominent player in the distribution of premium automotive and industrial lubricants. The role requires strong regional market knowledge, proven sales expertise, and prior experience in lubricant or allied automotive/industrial distribution businesses.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and expand sales operations across assigned territories in Rajasthan.
Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, retailers, and key industrial clients.
Drive sales of premium automotive and industrial lubricants through effective channel management.
Identify new business opportunities, appoint and develop dealer networks, and increase market penetration.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through strategic planning and execution.
Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and market movements.
Coordinate with supply chain and internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and after-sales support.
Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and territory performance updates.
Candidate Requirements:
Graduate.
Minimum 2+ years of experience in sales within lubricants, automotive, industrial products, or related distribution sectors.
Strong knowledge of Rajasthan market, dealer network, and trade practices.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Willingness to travel extensively within Rajasthan.
