Jasper Software Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a results-driven
Sales Manager
to lead and grow our sales operations. This role is open to
both girls and boys
who have strong communication skills and a passion for business development in the IT and software services industry.
The Sales Manager will be responsible for generating leads, closing deals, managing clients, and building long-term business relationships.
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and execute effective sales strategies
Generate leads for
web development, mobile apps, SaaS, and IT services
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead to closure
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
Coordinate with the technical team for project requirements
Prepare sales reports and achieve monthly targets
Train and guide junior sales executives (if required)
Required Skills
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong understanding of sales and client handling
Ability to meet targets and work under pressure
Basic knowledge of IT services (Web, App, Software)
Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM tools, or Google Sheets
Preferred Skills (Optional)
Experience in IT company sales
International client handling experience
Knowledge of online lead platforms (Upwork, LinkedIn, Email Marketing)
Eligibility Criteria
Graduate / Post Graduate in any stream
1 years of sales or business development experience (Freshers with strong skills can also apply)
