- Sales Manager (B2B Jewellery Sales)

Location: Sitapura Industrial Area, Jaipur

Department: Sales

Experience Required: 2-15 Years (Jewellery Industry Preferred)

Salary Range: ?12,000 - ?60,000 per month (based on experience & knowledge)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Objective

To manage, grow, and expand B2B jewellery sales from the factory to showrooms, starting with the Jaipur market and later covering other cities. The role involves building strong client relationships, achieving sales targets, and coordinating effectively with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

1. B2B Sales Development

Visit jewellery showrooms, wholesalers, and retailers to promote and sell factory-made jewellery.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

Identify and develop new business opportunities.

2. Market Coverage

Initially handle the Jaipur jewellery market.

Travel to other cities for business expansion, exhibitions, and client meetings as needed.

3. Product Presentation

Present collections, catalogues, and new designs to showroom owners and purchase heads.

Explain product details, quality parameters, pricing, and customization options clearly.

4. Order Management

Understand client requirements and coordinate with CAD, production, and dispatch teams.

Ensure timely delivery, order accuracy, and complete client satisfaction.

5. Sales Target Achievement

Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Track sales performance and report market trends, competitor analysis, and customer preferences.

6. Follow-up & Coordination

Regularly follow up with clients regarding payments, order status, and new offers.

Coordinate internally with production, design, accounts, dispatch, and merchandising teams.

7. Travel Readiness

Must be willing to travel frequently for outstation client visits, exhibitions, and expansion activities.

Key Skills Required

Strong communication, negotiation, and sales closing skills

Experience in B2B jewellery sales or showroom dealing

Good knowledge of gold, diamond, and/or silver jewellery

Ability to maintain excellent client relations

Basic computer skills (MS Excel, WhatsApp Business, Email)

Confident, disciplined, target-driven personality

R&D mindset to suggest new ideas, designs, or market opportunities

Qualification

Graduate (B.Com / BBA / BA / Any equivalent degree)

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Jewellery Sales or B2B Sales
