Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance and take corrective actions when needed.
Manage product pricing, discounts, and promotional campaigns as per company guidelines.
Analyse market trends, competitor performance, and customer preferences to make informed decisions.
2. Team Leadership & Management
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to enhance performance.
Conduct regular training sessions on product knowledge, customer handling, and sales techniques.
Set performance goals and evaluate team members through regular reviews.
Ensure adherence to company processes and professional standards by the sales team.
3. Customer Relationship Management
Maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
Address customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
Oversee test rides, product demonstrations, and the customer onboarding process.
4. Operations & Coordination
Coordinate with finance, insurance, and service departments for smooth sales operations.
Ensure accurate documentation, billing, and timely delivery of vehicles.
Maintain inventory levels and coordinate with OEMs for stock planning.
Implement showroom SOPs, visual merchandising, and branding guidelines.
5. Reporting & Compliance
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports for management review.
Ensure compliance with company policies, RTO regulations, and other legal requirements.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
3-7+ years of experience in two-wheeler dealership sales
, with at least 2 years in a supervisory/managerial role.
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Good knowledge of the two-wheeler market, brands, and customer behavior.
Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and sales reporting.
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
