As the

Sales Manager

, you will be responsible for driving revenue, forging strong broker and corporate relationships, and executing a robust sales strategy to achieve occupancy and profitability targets across our Connekt centre in Jaipur. If you're performance-driven, relationship-oriented, and thrive in a high-growth environment, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead sales for our coworking centre in Jaipur Achieve monthly & quarterly revenue and occupancy targets Build and manage strong relationships with brokers, channel partners & IPCs Identify and convert B2B leads -- startups, SMEs, corporates & enterprise clients Conduct centre tours, handle negotiations, and close deals confidently Build a strong sales pipeline through networking, lead conversion, and CRM discipline Collaborate with operations & marketing teams to align sales with business objectives Track market trends, pricing, and competitor activity to optimise sales strategy

Qualifications & Experience:

4-5 years of sales experience -- preferably in coworking, commercial real estate, hospitality, or B2B space selling Strong network of corporate clients and broker partners in Jaipur (preferred) Proven track record of closing high-value deals and achieving revenue targets Excellent communication, negotiation & presentation skills Self-motivated, target-focused and able to work with autonomy Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Commerce, Management, Hospitality (preferred)
