Job Description

Key Responsibilities



Generate new leads and convert them into sales opportunities. Manage client relationships and maintain strong customer communication. Present products/services clearly and professionally to customers. Develop sales strategies and contribute to monthly/quarterly targets. Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for smooth order processing. Conduct field visits, follow-ups, and customer meetings. Prepare sales reports and update CRM/database regularly. Represent the company professionally in indoor and outdoor environments.

Requirements



0-2 years of sales experience

(freshers with strong communication skills may apply).

Bachelor's degree is compulsory

(any stream).

English fluency

- must speak clearly, confidently, and professionally. Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Physically fit

and able to handle fieldwork/meetings when required. Professional appearance and confidence in customer-facing situations. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Height 5'7'

Preferred Skills



Basic computer knowledge (Excel, email, CRM). Understanding of customer behaviour and sales techniques. Willingness to learn and adapt to market changes.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
