Key Responsibilities:
Manage and lead the sales team to ensure high performance and productivity.
Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong client relationships.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
Prepare and review sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics.
Ensure smooth coordination between internal teams for seamless client service.
Address client queries, concerns, and ensure timely resolution.
Skills Required:
Qualification : Graduate / Post Graduate
Minimum Experience : 5-6 Years
Male Candidates preferred
Strong understanding of sales processes and market dynamics.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Ability to meet targets and work under pressure.
Problem-solving mindset with strategic thinking ability.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
