Duties



Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets. Manage and mentor the sales team, providing guidance on best practices in account management and customer service. Identify new business opportunities through networking, market research, and relationship building. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. Collaborate with marketing teams to create effective promotional campaigns that align with sales goals. Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing customer relationships, and analyzing sales data. Foster strong relationships with key clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. Lead negotiations with potential clients to secure contracts and close deals effectively.

Qualifications



Proven experience in outside sales, management, B2B sales, or technical sales is essential. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team. Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of successful deal closures. Proficient in Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing leads and analyzing performance metrics. Solid understanding of marketing principles as they relate to sales strategies. Exceptional analytical skills for assessing market trends and identifying growth opportunities. Strong communication skills with an emphasis on customer service excellence. A proactive approach to business development with a focus on achieving results.
