Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets for the state.
Lead, manage, and mentor a team of Area Sales Managers, Sales Executives, and Channel Partners.
Identify, appoint, and manage distributors, dealers, and channel networks across the state.
Drive B2B, B2C, and government tender business opportunities.
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, government departments, EPC contractors, and corporate clients.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and devise action plans to increase market share.
Ensure profitability by monitoring sales budgets, forecasts, and margins.
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to support business objectives.
Represent Harish Solar at industry events, exhibitions, and government meetings.
