Job Summary:



The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales and business growth for aluminium window systems, roofing solutions, and facade products. This role involves managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, preparing proposals, and working closely with architects, builders, contractors, and consultants to promote the company's product offerings.

Key Responsibilities:Sales & Business Development:



Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in the commercial, industrial, and residential construction segments. Promote aluminium windows, roofing systems, and facade products to architects, developers, contractors, and consultants. Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Client Relationship Management:



Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key customers and stakeholders. Provide technical guidance and support on product specifications and applications. Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and post-sales service to ensure satisfaction.

Project Coordination:



Collaborate with the design, estimation, and production teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of project requirements. Track ongoing projects and tenders, and follow up through all stages until final closure.

Market Intelligence & Strategy:



Conduct market research to understand competitor offerings, market trends, and pricing strategies. Contribute to the development of marketing strategies and promotional campaigns. Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management.

Qualifications & Skills:Education:



Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Business, or a related field. MBA (preferred, not mandatory).

Experience:



Minimum 5-8 years of experience in B2B sales of aluminium window systems, facades, or building materials. Proven track record of handling high-value construction projects.

Technical Skills:



Knowledge of aluminium glazing systems, structural glazing, curtain wall systems, skylights, and roofing materials. Understanding of architectural drawings and construction processes.

Soft Skills:



Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

Compensation:



Competitive base salary + performance-based incentives. Benefits include travel allowance, medical insurance, and mobile reimbursement.

Preferred Candidate:



Existing network within the construction/architectural industry. Experience working with developers, government tenders, or institutional projects.
