We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven
Sales Manager
with hands-on experience in the
suit and saree manufacturing
segment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales strategies, expanding market reach, and building strong relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and distribution channels across India.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets.
Manage B2B client relationships - wholesalers, distributors, and retail chains.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Lead and mentor a team of sales executives and agents.
Plan and execute sales campaigns and promotional activities.
Conduct regular market visits for client meetings and relationship building.
Coordinate with production and dispatch teams to ensure timely deliveries.
Prepare sales reports and projections for senior management.
Key Requirements:
Proven experience in
textile sales
, preferably in
suits and sarees
.
Strong market knowledge in ethnic and traditional wear.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong leadership qualities with team-handling experience.
Willingness to travel as needed.
Age between
30 to 35 years

Graduation or equivalent education in Business, Marketing, or related field.
