We're looking for a

Sales & Lead Management Executive

who can take full ownership of our

calling department

, manage

leads

, follow up smartly, and

convert interest into paid memberships

.

Responsibilities:

Handle incoming and outgoing sales calls with confidence and clarity Manage and update lead pipelines with complete discipline Follow up consistently and close memberships across gym, coaching, and combos Coordinate with the reception and marketing team to ensure smooth execution of offers Maintain basic reporting of conversions, hot leads, follow-ups, and drop-offs Work closely with the manager to run special campaigns and push results
Requirements:

Prior experience in

sales, telecalling

, or lead generation preferred Strong communication in

English & Hindi

Confident, target-oriented, and self-motivated Comfortable with using CRM/Excel/WhatsApp for managing leads Must have a

go-getter attitude

with high discipline
