Job Description

Minimum Experience in EPC : 4-5 YEARS

Develop and execute a nationwide sales strategy for solar street lights. Identify and onboard channel partners, distributors, and institutional clients across India. Handle government tenders, private contracts, and EPC-related sales. Generate leads and close high-value deals through B2B and B2G sales channels. Build and manage a regional sales team and ensure their monthly and quarterly targets. Coordinate with the technical and operations team for project delivery and customer satisfaction. Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and pricing strategy inputs. Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and MIS to management. Ensure compliance with industry standards and product certifications.
