to lead our retail store team, charm our customers, and help them find their perfect mattress.

What You'll Do:

Be the

face of Flo Mattress

in our retail store - greet, assist, and guide customers to their dream sleep solution. Drive

sales targets

and grow the store revenue while keeping the customer happy. Train and motivate the in-store team to deliver

top-notch customer service

. Manage

rotational shifts

and be ready to rock

Sunday shifts

like a pro. Handle complaints and queries with patience, tact, and a

dash of humor

. Maintain store visual merchandising and ensure the store looks as inviting as our mattresses feel.

What We're Looking For:

Excellent

spoken and written English

- you should be able to chat with customers, explain product features, and close sales effortlessly. Strong

customer service skills

- making people happy comes naturally to you. Energetic, enthusiastic, and ready to

work in rotational shifts

, including Sundays. Previous retail or mattress sales experience is a

plus

, but a winning attitude matters more. Ability to motivate a team and keep the energy high in a fun retail environment.
