SUMMARY OF THE ROLE
We are looking for a Retail Sales Manager to join our Decorative Sales team in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
Where you'll drive growth by promoting our premium decorative products to key customers across the country. Using Jotun's proven sales tools and customer-first approach, you'll build strong relationships, address sales and technical needs, and deliver tailored solutions. Your work will directly impact sales, margins, and customer satisfaction--positioning Jotun as the preferred brand for high-quality decorative coatings.
This position will report to the National Sales Manager Retail and will be based at Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
Responsibilities:
Create new customers by analyzing the market, plan visits to potential customers, and swift response to quotations and inquiries to secure growth and increase market share
To follow up and monitor Key Dealers/Projects closely by ensuring Jotun's products are used to achieve the targeted sales budget
Maintain customer relationships through regular visits, responding to inquiries, and providing advice on product selection to achieve sales budget.
Follow up and monitor customers on proper pricing and payment to reduce Days of sales outstanding and to achieve the targeted gross margin.
Co-ordinate with internal departments like Customer Service, Marketing, and Production to ensure high-quality service is provided
