Manage point-of-sale (POS) billing, cash handling, and receipts.
Ensure proper product display, stock arrangement, and store cleanliness.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and provide effective solutions.
Monitor stock levels, report shortages, and assist in inventory management.
Support promotional activities, offers, and new product launches.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business.
Stay updated on product knowledge, pricing, and competitor offerings.
