Job Summary
The Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth, managing the sales team, and ensuring exceptional customer service across retail outlets. This role focuses on achieving sales targets, optimizing store performance, and enhancing the overall shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
Lead, train, and motivate the retail sales team to deliver outstanding performance.
Monitor daily sales activities, customer interactions, and staff productivity.
Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
Collaborate with marketing and merchandising teams to execute promotional campaigns.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective service and complaint resolution.
Maintain visual merchandising standards and store presentation.
Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.
Recruit and onboard new sales staff as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
5+ years of experience in retail sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in POS systems and sales reporting tools.
Customer-focused mindset with a passion for retail excellence.
Preferred Qualifications
MBA or certification in Sales Management.
Experience in multi-brand or multi-location retail environments.
Familiarity with CRM tools and loyalty programs.
