A bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business, or a related field , and a Sales Manager should also possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue for the organization.
Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and positive word-of-mouth referrals.
Monitor sales metrics and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and growth.

Manage budgets and expenses related to sales activities and initiatives.
Conduct regular performance evaluations of sales team members and provide feedback and coaching for improvement.
