Terabyte Electronics is a UK-based electronics repair and retail company specialising in smartphones, laptops, tablets, and gadgets. We are expanding our sales operations and are looking for a motivated Sales Manager to work remotely from India and support our UK business.
Job Summary
We are looking for a Sales Manager who can manage customer enquiries, follow up on leads, close sales, and help grow revenue. The role involves coordinating with the UK store team, handling online and phone leads, and improving conversion rates.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound leads via calls, WhatsApp, email, and CRM
Follow up with potential customers and close sales
Explain repair services, pricing, and timelines clearly to customers
Manage daily sales reports and track conversions
Coordinate with the UK store team for job updates and customer follow-ups
Help create and improve sales scripts and processes
Support marketing campaigns by converting generated leads
Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
Requirements
Minimum
1 year of experience
in sales, customer support, or telesales
Good communication skills in English
Comfortable working with UK customers and UK business hours
Basic knowledge of laptops, mobiles, or electronics (preferred)
Target-driven and self-motivated
Experience with CRM tools is a plus
