Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets
Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team
Identify new business opportunities and build strong client relationships
Handle corporate and B2B sales for TankUp services
Monitor sales performance and prepare regular sales reports
Coordinate with marketing and operations teams
Conduct sales meetings, negotiations, and closures
Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role
Strong leadership and communication skills
Experience in B2B / field sales preferred
Ability to meet and exceed sales targets
Good knowledge of local market (especially Mumbai if applicable)
Proficiency in MS Office / CRM tools
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Experience in logistics, fuel, water supply, or service-based companies is an advantage
