Portico Webworks builds conversion-focused websites for hotels across India and internationally. We help independent hoteliers reduce OTA dependency and increase direct bookings through systematic, high-quality website delivery.

We're hiring a Pre-Sales Consultant to audit hotel websites and qualify opportunities for our hotel website service. You'll conduct website audits, run discovery calls with hotel owners and GMs, and identify which prospects are the right fit. This is systematic, consultative work that emphasizes quality through structured processes and proven approaches.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct free website audits analyzing booking flow, mobile experience, and conversion gaps Run structured discovery calls with hotel owners and general managers Identify real problems and needs through probing questions and active listening Document prospect requirements, pain points, and priorities clearly for proposals Qualify leads rigorously based on fit, budget, and decision-making authority Maintain systematic tracking of all prospect interactions in CRM Provide feedback on recurring objections, pricing sensitivity, and market patterns Follow up consistently with prospects until clear decision point Support proposal discussions and answer technical questions when needed

Required Skills & Experience

Comfortable conducting phone and video discovery calls with business owners Strong questioning and listening skills to uncover unstated needs Ability to explain digital concepts clearly to non-technical hotel owners Systematic approach to documentation and follow-up processes Working knowledge of websites, booking engines, or hotel technology (or quick learner) Comfortable using modern tools like AI assistants or willing to learn Strong English communication skills (written and verbal) Self-motivated with ability to manage own pipeline and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

Hospitality background (hotel front office, revenue management, hotel sales) Experience with hotel booking systems or OTA platforms Prior agency or high-volume environment experience Based in Kochi, Kerala (strongly preferred)
