Key ResponsibilitiesFranchise Sales & Expansion
Generate, qualify, and close
Traker Franchise leads
Conduct franchise presentations, demos, and business discussions
Explain
investment structure, commission model, ROI, and territory allocation
Achieve monthly and quarterly franchise onboarding targets
Lead Management
Handle leads from
website, WhatsApp, IVR, digital campaigns, and referrals
Maintain and update leads in CRM
Execute structured follow-ups via calls, WhatsApp, and meetings
Territory & Partner Management
Map cities and define
territory-wise franchise availability
Coordinate territory blocking after payment and documentation
Act as the single point of contact until franchise onboarding completion
Documentation & Compliance
Coordinate
LOI, Franchise Agreement, KYC, and payment collection
Ensure proper handover to onboarding and support teams
Market Intelligence
Monitor competitor franchise models and pricing
Provide market feedback to leadership for strategy improvement
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience in
Franchise Sales / Channel Sales / B2B Sales
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Excellent communication in
English & Hindi
(Marathi is a plus)
Comfortable with
targets, follow-ups, and field travel
Experience using CRM, WhatsApp Business, and calling tools
Preferred Background
Experience in
Logistics, Transport, Mobility, Aggregator, or Startup ecosystem
Prior exposure to
franchise or dealership sales models
