Sales Manager
to join our remote team and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and reach out to potential clients through various sales channels.
Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
Maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Use
AI automation tools
to streamline sales workflows.
Work efficiently with
CRM systems
to manage leads, track progress, and update records.
Present and explain service offerings clearly to clients.
Prepare sales reports, track targets, and provide regular updates.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree (Graduation is mandatory).
Minimum
1 year of proven sales experience

Experience using
CRM platforms
(HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.).
Hands-on experience with
AI automation tools
.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote and flexible environment.
Strong attention to detail and goal-driven mindset.
