About the Role:

We are hiring a motivated Sales & Client Onboarding Executive to handle inbound leads, explain our Exchange Rate API and international remittance services, and assist clients through the onboarding process. This is a work-from-home role focused on communication, follow-ups, and customer coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle and convert inbound leads received through online channels Explain product features and assist clients with onboarding Maintain CRM updates and follow-ups Coordinate with internal teams for client activation and support Ensure a smooth and professional customer experience

Requirements:

Strong spoken English and clear communication Good phone etiquette and ability to explain concepts confidently Laptop, stable internet, and quiet work environment Basic computer skills (email, sheets, CRM tools)
