About the Role:



We are seeking an experienced and results-driven

Sales Manager

to lead our global sales efforts at SWFI. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving

individual and team targets

, developing

international client relationships

, and driving strategic growth across multiple regions, including significant experience in the

US market

.

Key Responsibilities:



Drive sales and achieve

individual and team targets

across regions including

India, Middle East, Asia, Africa, Australia, Europe, and the US

. Identify, acquire, and maintain relationships with

new and existing clients

, ensuring business growth. Develop and manage

key accounts

while exploring opportunities for

upselling and cross-selling

. Oversee the

full sales cycle

, from lead generation to contract negotiation, onboarding, and post-sales support. Maintain accurate

CRM data

and generate regular sales reports; analyze performance and identify areas for improvement. Set sales goals for self and team; develop

short- and long-term sales plans

to achieve objectives. Provide

training, mentoring, and guidance

to the sales team as needed. Monitor lead conversion rates across multiple marketing channels and implement strategies to optimize results. Collaborate with

billing, contracts, and operations teams

to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery. Understand

customer needs

and provide insights to improve the product portfolio. Ensure

high client satisfaction

throughout the pre- and post-sales process.

Requirements:



Extensive experience in

sales or business development

, including significant exposure to the

US market

. Proven experience in

leading and mentoring a sales team

. Strong knowledge of

CRM systems

(Zoho preferred). Excellent

communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

. Ability to analyze sales data, identify bottlenecks, and implement effective strategies. Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute

short- and long-term sales plans

. Comfortable working in

US shift timings

.
