AK International - Focal Naim India

is looking for a

Sales Manager

to lead and grow our premium

home audio and home theatre

business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing dealer relationships, driving sales performance, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

This is a

full-time, on-site role

based at our

Lower Parel, Mumbai

office.

Key Responsibilities



Manage and grow relationships with

dealers, architects, and luxury clients

. Develop and execute

sales strategies

to achieve revenue and growth targets. Oversee the performance of the

sales team

and provide guidance and motivation. Identify and onboard new

dealers and channel partners

across India. Conduct

product presentations and training sessions

for partners and clients. Collaborate with the

marketing team

to support promotions and campaigns. Track

market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback

to inform strategy. Ensure smooth coordination between sales, logistics, and service departments.

Qualifications and Skills



Bachelor's degree in

Business, Marketing, or a related field

. Minimum

3-5 years of sales experience

in consumer electronics, luxury products, or AV industry. Proven track record in

team leadership and dealer management

. Excellent

communication, negotiation, and relationship-building

skills. Strong understanding of

premium audio, video, and home theatre

solutions preferred. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
