Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve leasing and revenue targets.
Identify and approach potential brands and retailers to open outlets in the mall.
Negotiate lease terms and finalize agreements in coordination with management.
Maintain strong relationships with existing tenants to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Coordinate with the marketing team to plan promotional activities that drive footfall and sales.
Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences.
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and mall operational standards.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Minimum
3-5 years of experience
in sales, leasing, or retail management -- preferably in malls or commercial real estate.
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong business relationships.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
