We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven

Sales Manager

with 2 years of experience in marketing and sales. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a soft-spoken personality, and the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships. This role involves managing client accounts, identifying business opportunities, and contributing to the company's overall growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities:



Identify and approach potential clients to promote company products or services. Maintain long-term relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. Assist in developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to achieve business goals. Handle customer inquiries, understand their needs, and provide suitable solutions. Prepare sales reports, proposals, and presentations for management review. Collaborate with the marketing team for lead generation and promotional activities. Follow up with leads and manage the sales pipeline using CRM tools. Represent the company professionally during client meetings and events.

Required Qualifications & Skills:



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (BBA preferred). Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or client servicing. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Soft-spoken, polite, and customer-oriented personality. Confident in handling client interactions and negotiations. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:



Knowledge of digital marketing or social media promotions. Target-driven mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Compensation:



Attractive salary package with incentives and performance-based bonuses.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
