Role Overview
We're hiring a dynamic
Sales Manager
to lead revenue growth across our multi-domain offerings. You'll drive strategic sales across cybersecurity services, AI tools, blockchain solutions, and institutional training building high-impact partnerships and unlocking new markets.
Key Responsibilities
Multi-Segment Sales Strategy
Own and exceed sales targets across cybersecurity, AI, blockchain, and EdTech verticals
Design and execute milestone-based sales plans aligned with company vision
Client Acquisition & Strategic Partnerships
Pitch and close deals with corporates, institutions, and government bodies
Build long-term relationships with CXOs, procurement heads, and decision-makers
Solution-Based Selling
Understand client pain points and position CyberFort's integrated offerings as strategic solutions
Customize proposals for VAPT audits, AI deployments, blockchain infrastructure, and training programs
Market Intelligence & Positioning
Track competitor moves and market trends to refine messaging and offerings
Collaborate with branding and R&D teams to sharpen product-market fit
Operational Excellence
Maintain CRM dashboards, sales pipelines, and performance metrics
Coordinate with legal and finance teams on contracts, NDAs, and payment structures
Ideal Candidate Profile
2-4 years of experience in tech sales across cybersecurity, SaaS, AI, or enterprise solutions
Proven track record of closing multi-lakh or crore-level deals
Strong communicator with consultative selling skills and strategic thinking
Familiarity with VAPT, ISO standards, AI tools, or blockchain is a plus
Entrepreneurial mindset with hands-on execution and milestone accountability
