We are seeking a motivated and results-driven

Salesperson

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential clients, fostering strong relationships, and driving sales to meet company goals. You will play a key role in promoting Magal's services and products to contractors and businesses in the area.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Magal's product and service offerings. Identify, target, and engage potential customers, including contractors, construction companies, and other businesses. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure long-term partnerships. Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive outreach and customer engagement. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, offering solutions, and ensuring satisfaction. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client onboarding. Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to stay informed and identify opportunities. Prepare and deliver presentations to showcase the value of Magal's offerings. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM tools.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in sales or a related field (experience in HVAC, construction materials, or similar industries is a plus). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities. Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite. Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle (preferred).

Pay: ?13,799.67 - ?56,054.19 per month
