We are seeking an experienced and results-driven

Sales Manager

to lead and expand our fertilizer sales operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in

agri-input sales

, deep knowledge of the

fertilizer industry.

This role requires, and deep understanding of regional market dynamics and agricultural trends.

Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy & Execution:

Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to each state/region.


Identify and expand into high-potential territories and underserved markets.


Achieve sales targets and profitability goals across assigned states.

Distributor/Dealer Network:

Build and maintain a strong distribution and dealership network.

Negotiate terms and manage relationships with key channel partners.

Market Development:

Monitor agricultural trends, crop patterns, and competitor activities.

Collaborate with the marketing team on awareness programs and farmer engagement.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

Coordinate with production, logistics, and finance for smooth order fulfillment.

Provide market feedback to R&D and product development teams.

Reporting & Compliance:

Generate regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market intelligence.


Ensure adherence to company policies, legal regulations, and credit guidelines.

Qualifications & Skills:

Graduate


1-2 years of experience in sales, with at least 1 years in a leadership role in the agri-inputs or fertilizer industry.


Deep understanding of regional agricultural practices and market behavior.


Strong network with dealers, distributors, and agri-retailers.


Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.


Willingness to travel extensively across states.
