We are seeking an experienced and results-driven

Sales Manager

to lead and expand our fertilizer sales operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in

agri-input sales

, deep knowledge of the

fertilizer industry.

Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy & Execution:

? Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to each state/region.

? Identify and expand into high-potential territories and underserved markets.

? Achieve sales targets and profitability goals across assigned states.

Distributor/Dealer Network:

? Build and maintain a strong distribution and dealership network.
? Negotiate terms and manage relationships with key channel partners.

?

Market Development:

? Monitor agricultural trends, crop patterns, and competitor activities.
? Collaborate with the marketing team on awareness programs and farmer engagement.

?

Cross-functional Collaboration:

? Coordinate with production, logistics, and finance for smooth order fulfillment.
? Provide market feedback to R&D and product development teams.

?

Reporting & Compliance:

? Generate regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market intelligence.

? Ensure adherence to company policies, legal regulations, and credit guidelines.

Qualifications & Skills:

? Graduate

? 1-2 years of experience in sales, with at least 1 years in a leadership role in the agri-inputs or fertilizer industry.

? Deep understanding of regional agricultural practices and market behavior.

? Strong network with dealers, distributors, and agri-retailers.

? Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

? Willingness to travel extensively across states.
