We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented

Sales Manager

with extensive experience in

real estate sales

to join our mandate firm in

Andheri West

and

Chembur

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving

property sales

, managing

client relationships

, and ensuring the smooth closure of

real estate transactions

Key Responsibilities:



Generate and manage leads from various sources including

referrals

,

marketing campaigns

, and

channel partners

. Oversee the end-to-end

sales process

- from conducting

site visits

and engaging with clients, to

negotiations

and finalizing

property deals

. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with

clients

developers

, and

real estate brokers

to drive future business opportunities. Conduct regular

follow-ups

to ensure client satisfaction and promptly resolve any queries or concerns. Prepare accurate

sales reports

forecasts

, and

performance analytics

for management review. Work closely with the

marketing

and

operations teams

to align efforts and optimize business growth strategies. Identify and pursue

new business opportunities

to expand the client base and drive

sales growth

Requirements:



1 to 3 years of experience in

real estate sales

, preferably in residential and commercial properties. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding

sales targets

and driving

deal closures

. Strong

communication

interpersonal skills

to manage relationships effectively.

Self-driven

, with a

results-focused

approach to achieving sales goals. In-depth knowledge of the local

real estate market

trends,

property pricing

customer preferences

Mumbai

CRM software
