Job Summary

We are looking for dynamic and experienced Sales Managers / Regional Sales Managers with a strong background in electrical and lighting products. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in channel sales, appointing dealers & distributors, and strong connections in the local electrical market. This is a field sales role focused on driving revenue growth and market expansion in Lucknow and surrounding regions.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales plans to achieve targets in the assigned region. Identify, appoint, and manage dealers and distributors for lighting and electrical products. Build and maintain strong relationships with electrical shops, wholesalers, and distributors. Conduct regular field visits for market selling, lead generation, and channel management. Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify new business opportunities. Provide timely reports on sales performance, market feedback, and dealer network expansion. Ensure product visibility and brand promotion at retail counters. Coordinate with internal teams for timely delivery, payment collection, and after-sales support.

Required Skills and Experience

Minimum 2 years of sales experience in
