We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven

Remote Part-Time Sales Manager

to join our team. This is a unique freelance opportunity for an experienced professional with an existing network of clients, who is seeking flexible hours and a chance to drive immediate revenue. You'll be responsible for leveraging your existing client base while also developing new business opportunities.

Responsibilities



Client Acquisition & Management:

Leverage your existing book of business and client relationships to generate new recruitment opportunities immediately. Identify and target potential new clients (businesses) in need of recruitment solutions. Conduct cold outreach via email, phone, and professional networking platforms like LinkedIn. Schedule and conduct introductory calls or meetings to present our services.

Sales Strategy & Execution:

Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to meet and exceed revenue targets. Customize pitches and proposals based on client needs and pain points. Negotiate and close deals, ensuring a smooth transition to the account management team.

Market Analysis:

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Provide feedback to the leadership team on market demands and new service opportunities.

Reporting:

Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in our CRM system. Provide weekly reports on progress, pipeline status, and sales forecasts.

Requirements



Experience:

Proven experience in a sales role within the recruitment, staffing, or B2B service industry with a verifiable, existing book of business.

A track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.

Skills:

Strong existing network and client relationships. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong relationship-building abilities. Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
