Role Overview
We are looking for a high-performing Direct Sales Manager to manage company-generated leads and drive conversions through site visits. This role involves handling inbound and outbound leads, ensuring timely follow-ups, converting prospects into bookings, and maintaining accurate CRM data. The DSM will play a crucial role in maximizing lead-to-sales conversion ratios while providing an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Handle all inbound and outbound leads generated through digital marketing, cold calling, and walk-ins.
Ensure timely follow-up, lead nurturing, and engagement throughout the sales cycle.
Organize and conduct site visits for prospects, presenting project features effectively.
Drive higher closure ratios by converting site visits into bookings.
Maintain accurate and updated CRM records, including lead stages, customer interaction notes, and follow-up status.
Ensure seamless post-booking support in coordination with CRM/Operations teams.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through direct leads.
Collaborate with marketing teams to provide feedback on lead quality and campaign performance.
Team Structure (Reporting to this Role)
Sales Executives / Sales Coordinators (Direct Leads)
Conduct daily cold calling and lead qualification.
Manage and schedule site visits.
Push consistent follow-ups and handle client objections.
Desired Candidate Profile
Graduate/Postgraduate in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration.
5-10 years of direct sales experience, preferably in real estate.
Proven track record of lead management and conversions.
Strong communication, persuasion, and objection-handling skills.
Ability to build trust and rapport with customers to close high-value deals.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and sales reporting.
Target-driven mindset with the ability to work under pressure.
