Key Responsibilities:
Drive property sales in residential/commercial segments.
Generate leads through various channels - online, walk-ins, events, referrals.
Handle client meetings, site visits, and follow-ups until closure.
Maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Manage and mentor a team of sales executives.
Coordinate with marketing and CRM teams for effective lead management.
Requirements:
Graduate in any stream
3+ years of experience in real estate sales (local market experience preferred).
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital platforms.
Own vehicle and willingness to travel locally.
