Key Responsibilities:
Drive sales of residential and commercial
plots/land projects
through effective business development strategies.
Identify, connect, and manage
high-net-worth clients and investors
.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with investors and channel partners.
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Conduct client meetings, site visits, and negotiations to close deals successfully.
Coordinate with the marketing team to generate leads and convert them into sales.
Prepare and maintain sales reports, market analysis, and competitor insights.
Train, guide, and mentor junior sales team members (if applicable).
Requirements:
Minimum 2
-8 years of experience
in real estate sales (plots/land sales preferred).
Strong
network of investors and direct clients
in the region.
Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Self-motivated, result-oriented, and a team leader.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
