Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads and convert them into successful property sales.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and property developers.
Conduct site visits, presentations, and negotiations to close deals.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
Prepare and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Guide and support the sales team in achieving individual and team goals.
