Job Description

A leading NBFC is hiring a 'SALES MANAGER - REAL ESTATE' to join it's real estate advisory (Broking) team at KOLKATA (Minto Park). The candidate will be catering exclusively to customers from all segments to HNIs/Ultra-HNIs across India and the global Indian diaspora.

Key Responsibilities :



(1) Engage with HNI/UHNI clients having ticket sizes starting from ?2 Cr up to ?20+ Cr for high-yield real estate investments in luxury and waterfront developments.

(2) Convert qualified leads generated by marketing into high-value closures through trust-based advisory and strategic client nurturing.

(3) Build and manage a pipeline of clients interested in premium & off-plan properties, including those with structured ROI and post-handover payment plans.

(4) Conduct personalized investment presentations, virtual consultations, Zoom walkthroughs, and cross-border client engagement with a luxury sales approach.

(5) Understand the financial goals of each investor and recommend curated portfolios from top developers.

(6) Regularly update Work-sheet / CRM tools with call logs, investor profiles, funnel stage, and asset preferences.

Ideal Candidate Profile:



# Proven success in property sales, wealth management or high-end client servicing.

# Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (Bengali is a plus).

# Confidence and charm to handle affluent clientele, decision-makers, and HNI families.

# Knowledge or interest in International high-performing real estate market and developers.

# Prior experience in selling high-ticket products/services (?2 Cr to ?20 Cr+ deals) is highly desirable.

# Background in real estate, financial advisory or Investment Banking / NRI services will be preferred.
