We are looking for a results-driven Real Estate Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive property sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing sales executives, achieving revenue targets, handling key clients, and ensuring smooth execution of the sales process from lead generation to closure.
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
Plan and execute sales strategies to improve conversions
Handle client meetings, site visits, and negotiations
Generate business through channel partners, referrals, and direct sales
Ensure high customer satisfaction and long-term client relationships
Requirements & Skills:
Proven experience in Real Estate Sales
Strong team-handling and leadership skills
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Target-oriented and result-focused mindset
Knowledge of residential/commercial real estate projects
Ability to handle pressure and close high-value deals
