Job Summary
The Sales Manager - Real Estate is responsible for leading the sales team, driving property sales, achieving revenue targets, and managing end?to?end sales operations for residential and commercial projects. The role involves team handling, client acquisition, channel partner management, site visit closures, and coordination with CRM, marketing, and legal teams.
Key Responsibilities1. Sales & Revenue Generation
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Drive sales for residential and commercial real estate projects.
Plan and execute sales strategies to maximize bookings and collections.
Ensure closure of deals through effective negotiation and follow?ups.
2. Team Management
Lead, motivate, and manage sales executives, relationship managers, and tele?callers.
Assign daily/weekly targets and monitor individual performance.
Conduct regular sales meetings, training, and performance reviews.
Support team members during client meetings and site visits when required.
3. Client Handling & Site Visits
Handle high?value and key clients directly.
Arrange and supervise site visits, presentations, and project walkthroughs.
Build long?term relationships with clients to generate repeat and referral business.
4. Channel Partner & Broker Management
Develop and manage relationships with channel partners and brokers.
Generate sales through CP network and ensure proper coordination.
Organize CP meets, training sessions, and incentive programs.
5. CRM & Reporting
Ensure accurate data entry and follow?ups in CRM.
Track leads, conversions, bookings, and cancellations.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management.
6. Coordination & Documentation
Coordinate with CRM, accounts, legal, and operations teams for smooth deal closure.
Ensure timely collection of booking amount and documentation.
Assist clients with loan process, registration, and possession formalities.
7. Market & Competitor Analysis
Analyze market trends, pricing, and competitor projects.
Share market insights with management for strategy planning.
Provide feedback to marketing team for lead quality and campaign improvement.

Qualifications
Graduate/Post?Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred)
Relevant experience in real estate sales
Experience
Minimum 3-7 years of experience in real estate sales
At least 1-3 years in a team?handling or managerial role
