A Real Estate Sales Executive drives property sales by finding clients, showcasing properties, negotiating deals, and closing transactions, requiring strong market knowledge, client relationship skills, and target-driven performance, handling everything from lead generation (cold calls, marketing) to site visits, contract finalization, and ensuring customer satisfaction through expert guidance and support.
Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement:
Generate leads, build and maintain strong client relationships, understand needs, and provide tailored property recommendations.
Property Marketing & Showings:
Arrange and conduct property viewings, site visits, and open houses, highlighting features and benefits.
Market Expertise:
Provide market insights, conduct property evaluations, and stay updated on trends, prices, and regulations.
Sales & Negotiation:
Negotiate terms, prepare presentations, and close sales and rental agreements to meet targets.
Documentation & Coordination:
Prepare necessary paperwork, coordinate with legal/financial teams, and manage the transaction process.
Reporting:
Maintain client records, prepare sales reports, and forecast sales activities for management.
